It combines calendar limits, sliding windows, cooldowns and lifetime caps through one synchronous API. The core has zero runtime dependencies and works across Web, mini-programs, React Native and Node.js.

Why it exists

Frequency rules often become scattered date comparisons and storage writes. fatigue-kit keeps the policy explicit, testable and portable while making the check-and-consume step atomic within one JavaScript context.
